We are a family company and the fifth generation in this business. In view of our long heritage in this line of activity, we now believe that shellac runs in our blood !.

Our Business

Shellac is produced naturally by the lac insect and it is our job to refine the product to the application dependent degree.

Our quality management system is certified as per the ISO 9001:2000 requirements.

         Who We Are

This family company has two manufacturing units at Purulia in the state of West Bengal, Indiawhile the corporate office is in Kolkata, India. Kolkata has all in the facilitirs for international trade including a major sea port and an international airport. Overseas warehouses are in Hamburg, Germany and Newark, NJ (USA) to handle the just in time requirements of customers in Europe and USA.

The top management team consistes of three young and dynamic Directors namely Suraj Singhania, Vivek Singhania and Rohit Singhania. 

We have always been at the forefront of the shellac industry worldwide, and have recently won the LARGEST EXPORTERS OF SHELLAC FROM INDIA award from the Government of India. In addition we are recongnised as an EXPORT HOUSE by the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India.
